The Badwater Basin in Death Valley. Usually at this time of year there is no water and you get these cool shapes out in the dried up lake bed from the salt deposits, but this year due to recent rains, the area was covered in 3-5 inches of standing water. It was actually a blessing because there was a mind-blowing sunset and the super still reflections made everything look like a mirror. I was about 200 feet away from shore, out in the middle of the water with my waterproof hiking boots. It was so cool. This sunset was one of the best I've ever seen, and to see it in this kind of location was truly a blessing.
