I saw some black bears when I went to Yellowstone (which was an awesome experience for me, because I´m from Germany where all big predators like bears and wolves have been extinct for a long time and so I was only used to see them in captivity) But I didn´t get such awesome photos from them like yours! One bear was right next to the roadside, but when I wanted to photograph it, my camera´s battery got empty and after I changed the battery, the bear was gone

ouch. always got be prepared. i have my camera with a good battery and flash card space ready, with the long lens on, lens cap off, and set on all the right settings. ready to hop out and get some shots immediately. do it
